Healthy air is humid air.
Many people have trouble breathing, or have dry itchy skin, or allergies due to dry air. Humidity in our heating systems allows us to overcome these issues in part or possibly completely. Today’s humidifiers offer either water or steam systems with excellent control capabilities.
Also be sure to keep your outside condenser clean, and bushes and trees pruned, limiting leaves and dirt away from the sides to allow the condenser to breeth properly. Even equipment needs to breath regularly.

| I have used Tingey Plumbing on two occasions and both times have found them very personable, professional, and honest. The first time they fixed my backed up drains for my entire home and told me that with out the exstended warranty I only had a 30 day warranty and that was last year and still no backups with my plumbing.(knock on wood) The second time I called they come to our home sooner that expected. My hot water line from the water heater to the rest of the house was leeking so they put a new pipe in. But as soon as we started using the hot water again the leek came back. I called their office expecting to get the run around and to my pleasant surprise the owner of Tingey Plumbing was at my door the very next day and tore the pipes apart just to make sure what happened to the fix was done the right way. I mean how many plummers service their customers and the prices were not that expensive. I just wish that I had called Tingey with my other heating and cooling problems instead of Whipple, I would be a much happier customer now. I would reccommend Tingey Plumbing to every person I know just so they could get a better rate, better personality, perfessional demeaner. I could say more but I am running out of room. One thing, the person that fixed my hot water lines the first time use to work for Whipple and that explains why my line broke in the first time. | I am resending this review at the request of Candy Tingey as she did not receive the first one. I just wanted to say that I have been very pleased with the work that Tingey Plumbing and Heating has done for me in the past. The most recent work to stop a leak from my shut off pipe for my sprinklers which was leaking down the interior wall was repaired in a very timely and professional manner. | Tingey Plumbing is great to work with. They installed a PRV, earthquake straps to the water heater and moved our water shut off valve easily and efficiently. Other companies wanted to charge us twice as much and said they would have to do so much more work than what was really needed. Tingey plumbing is a company that you can trust. | I have had Tingey Plumbing and Heating do all my work ever since I moved into my present residence, which was 23 years ago. I would never think of calling anyone else. They have solved all my plumbing problems very quickly and two years ago they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. A couple times I had an emergency arrive and they were right out and took care of it for me. I take my hat off to Ken and the crew, they are a fantastic group. | Tingey plumbing is absolutely great. They arrived on time and were very fast in getting the work done. The techs Will and Alan were very nice and their work was very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done. Plus the final cost came in a little lower than the original estimate which is always helpful. | Great professional service from Bryan and Brian. They were knowledgeable, efficient, personable and solved my plumbing problem and offered understandable cause of problems and how to prevent future problem. They were clean and polite. | This is a review and statement of my reaction to the work done on my water heater a few days ago. The men arrived on time and promptly went to work. They finished in good time and I had an opportunity to ask questions about prevention of future problems. He gave me a good description of what I can do to drain the tank annually. | We have been in bad ways with plumbing issues for years, & chose Tingey for a yearly preventitive maintanance plan. We have been very pleased with their honest, promt & proffessional service !
