Healthy air is humid air.
Many people have trouble breathing, or have dry itchy skin, or allergies due to dry air. Humidity in our heating systems allows us to overcome these issues in part or possibly completely. Today’s humidifiers offer either water or steam systems with excellent control capabilities.
Also be sure to keep your outside condenser clean, and bushes and trees pruned, limiting leaves and dirt away from the sides to allow the condenser to breeth properly. Even equipment needs to breath regularly.

 |  Having to replace our gas hot water heater in the do it yourself method proved to be a bit more challenging, and calling the Home Depot installation people and getting referred to their local installers was my first attempt to solve the problem. Poor choice, as all I got was a no-show on the estimate guy followed by a call telling me they'll just send their plumber over. With this, the charge was going to be $675. to install the hot water heater I already purchased. This, after telling the guy the old one was already out, sitting in the garage, and the new one was set to go. It was our good fortune that I called Tingey and the dispatcher was able to fit us in so that a guy would get out to us in a few hours to check out the job, and give us a price. If we didn't like it, no problem, no costs. Well, Anthony came out, clearly explained what he would need to do, how much time he'd need to do the work, and gave us a fair price. The price just happened to be $400. less than the locals that Home Depot directed us to. So, the water heater got installled, problem solved and a great company to use if we are ever in need of their services in the future. A follow-up call by Alex to make sure we were good with the work and services gave me a chance to express to him that I was glad to find a company to get the work done for a fair costs, and not have additional costs added on for services we didn't require. | I had occasion to use Tingey Plumbing much sooner than anticipated. Another problem, unrelated to the first one, arose and I again called on the good folks at Tingey to help. They responded quickly and solved the problem without delay, once again going the extra mile for me. I appreciate them so much. I'm so glad they're there and willing to help in an emergency. | When I called Tingey Plumbing about a leak in the kitchen that threatened to damage my new cabinets, they showed concern for my problem and responded very quickly. Andres and Bryan were honest, efficient and courteous and they went the extra mile in resolving the issues and completed the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the excellent service they provided. | I can't tell you how much we appreciate Tingey Plumbing. They have come to our rescue for a second time. After we called they came right away, saw what the problem was and offered an estimate. They came back that same day and fixed the problems. The technician Andres was a very hard worker and very kind. He stayed until he made sure that everything was working well and even spent a little extra and helped with another issue we were having, and everything was left clean. | The service was great, The Tech sent out listen to us about the problem and verified the problem and correct the plumbing problems and explained the steps he was taking to correct the issues. | Tingey Plumbing and Heating is the greatest. I have had them as my plumber and heating experts for years. They installed my furnace and air conditioner a couple years ago. They do all my plumbing repairs, I would not have anyone else do it. They have always been out right away to fix any problems I have had. Their employees are very good about explaining what the problem is and getting it fixed. They never leave a mess behind for you to clean up. Employees are very courteous and have you the customer in mind on doing a GREAT job. Thanks Tingey for all your great efforts in making me a SATISFIED customer. | Tingey did an excellent job. They were prompt in answering their phones and letting me know when the technicians would be available. They even gave me a call about 20 minutes prior to their arrival so I knew they were on their way. They came right in and went to work, once the problem was diagnosed it was explained so I understood the problem, and then they fixed it right up. I will be using them again.
